Challenges
A reorganization of the company structure triggered a whole chain of activities. Until now, the individual pharmacies had operated very independently and a uniform brand identity was not apparent. Essentially, it was about designing a new, modern website that allows dynamic communication with consumers. In order for this to be possible, the corporate design first had to be completely revised and documented.
Solutions
The HubSpot Marketing Hub with CMS and CRM forms the core of the solution. A modern responsive website was redesigned based on the new CD/CI.
The customer magazine 's Heftpflaster provides quarterly information about promotions and seasonal health topics.
A blog provides information about current content that is distributed via various social media channels. At the same time, an online appointment booking and email campaign management platform was implemented.
Patients can order special food in the specially protected eCommerce area, which is delivered via home delivery service. The solution was directly connected to ProPharmaX and has a route optimization tool.
