Challenges

The advantages are obvious: fewer movement artefacts, a hygienically perfect and user-friendly system solution with greater patient comfort. This ultimately leads to improved image quality and therefore more reliable diagnostics, which in turn leads to fewer repeat sequences and therefore to savings in time and money.

As obvious as the advantages are, the aim is to change habits in radiology departments, which requires a great deal of persuasion and education. Pearl Technology opted for HubSpot CRM with Marketing Hub for the global rollout. A key success factor here is the interaction between marketing and sales as well as the various communication channels. 

Pearl Technology had just developed the first products to market maturity and the task was to determine the marketing and sales strategy. The target personas are to be found in the radiology departments of hospitals and radiology institutes worldwide. The challenge was to easily dovetail the various marketing and sales activities with a lean strategy. At the same time, it had to be possible for the teams around the world to work together easily. 


Solutions

Pearl Technology opted for HubSpot CRM with Marketing Hub. The inbound method was used for long-term lead generation, which focuses on the issues of positioning, hygiene and performance in radiology and provides useful assistance. 

A consistent funnel strategy systematically develops the leads into testers and ultimately into active customers. The seamless availability of data from marketing to sales is a key success factor.
