Challenges

Association members can earn CASHBACK when making daily purchases from ePROFIT partners. The amount earned is divided up and transferred to the accounts of the member and the club.

The young start-up can already boast initial successes, with around 160 clubs already registered on the platform. In order for the association to really benefit, but also for eProfit to work, the association members must be persuaded to consume with eProfit. 

The solution is a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub as the basis.

More and more frequently, and with COVID-19 in addition, clubs are experiencing financial difficulties because traditional sponsorship no longer works as well as it used to. This naturally raises the question of how to involve your own members without immediately increasing the membership fee. 

This is exactly where eProfit comes in: The members consume, profit and use part of the profit for their clubs. 

The idea is captivating, the implementation simple. But how does the message get through to the clubs and ultimately to the members? Once the members are on the eProfit platform, how are they motivated to use it?


Solutions

eProfit has opted for the HubSpot CRM with Marketing Hub. The implementation of a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy focuses on the following pillars:

  • attracting new clubs to eProfit
  • onboarding the club members
  • motivating the existing community to benefit from consumption

As relevant personas in a club, the board and the CFO are addressed as directly as possible. Relevant content and useful offers are used to generate new leads, which are then persuaded to register the association via a nurturing programme. 

Once the association is involved, the aim is to reach the association members and persuade them to register. The marketing automation features play an important role here, as everyone has to be met where they are at the moment.
