Breeze Customer Agent
What's new?
Previously, the customer agent could handle text-based conversations via chat, email, WhatsApp, and Facebook and forwarded unanswered inquiries to human agents. Although tickets were created, no leads were qualified or appointments made for sales teams.
With the new Breeze Customer Agent, a single AI agent takes over the entire front office for the first time. It flexibly changes roles - from support to lead qualification to appointment booking - and thus achieves concrete results at every step. Telephony is also added as a channel. Reactive support becomes proactive sales generation.

What's new?
Until now, the AI known as «Breeze Copilot» provided support for individual tasks, but it did not have a deep understanding of your business context or the ability to save previous interactions. Every conversation started from scratch; external tools were left out.
The new «Breeze Assistant» goes much further: it combines conversational AI in the style of ChatGPT with comprehensive access to your CRM data and your entire business environment. It acts like a personal chief of staff - supplemented by user-defined assistants that are trained on your specific company knowledge.

From now on, «Data Agent» will take over this research work on a large scale: instead of checking each company or contact individually, the AI continuously answers business-specific questions – based on CRM data, conversations, documents and web searches. This means that teams immediately receive the relevant insights directly in HubSpot and can concentrate on strategy and increasing sales.

Breeze Pricing & Packaging Updates
As already mentioned, «Breeze Copilot» has been renamed «Breeze Assistant» since September 3, 2025 and has also been given new, comprehensive features. This brings the product more in line with industry standards. Below are the two new naming structures in detail:
- Breeze Assistant: companions who work with you
- Breeze Agents: Digital teammates who work for you.
Pricing:
The name changes and new features are accompanied by slight adjustments to the pricing. You will find an overview below.
- Data Agent: 10 credits for generating a response to a request for a data set.
- Customer Agent: 100 credits for processing a conversation (text-based channels).
- Prospecting Agent: 100 credits for the monthly monitoring of a contact for outreach opportunities. Or 10 credits for generating results from a comprehensive research on a company.
- Breeze Actions in Workflows: 10 credits for performing a Breeze action in a workflow.
- Buyer Intent: 10 credits for activating intent signals to create a company and/or monitor a company for one month.
