🔀 How can I generate and attach documents with ChiliDocs® in workflows?

ChiliDocs® can be used directly in HubSpot Workflows. With the “Generate and attach document” action, you can automatically create a document and attach it to the enrolled record.

✅ Options in the action (same as in the CRM card):

• Select template → Choose the Word template used for document generation.

• Output format → Choose between Word (.docx) or PDF.

• Hide empty placeholders → Decide whether fields without data should be hidden.

💡 Example:

• Workflow with deal enrollment → automatically generate a proposal PDF when the deal reaches a specific stage.
