In the ChiliDocs® CRM card, you can choose to attach the generated document directly to the current HubSpot object.
✅ Here’s how it works:

When generating a document in the CRM card, select the option “Attach document”.

ChiliDocs® will then save the file under “Attachments” of the respective object (e.g., deal, contact, ticket, company).

The file is also stored in the HubSpot File Manager in the folder “ChiliDocs/Attachment_Files”.

Additionally, ChiliDocs® creates a note entry via the integration on the object to log the attachment action.

This way, the document is available both on the object and centrally in the File Manager.

The note helps keep track of the action in the object’s activity timeline.
