Innovations at a glance: What's new

Smart CRM

What's new in Smart CRM:

Flexible CRM views

What's new?

Until now, standard CRM views only offered ready-made lists and tables with fixed columns and simple filters for contacts, companies and deals.

HubSpot customers can now display their customer data flexibly in different formats: Charts, boards, timelines or map views. These individually scalable views are based on the way the company actually works.

What challenges are being solved?

  • Rigid data views: No more tedious scrolling through long tables. Complex user-defined filters become superfluous.
  • Standardized reports for everyone: Sales, marketing and service can display their respective relevant information in individual views.
  • Hidden patterns: Visual representations allow trends and correlations to be recognized immediately so that opportunities are no longer overlooked.

Your benefit:

  • A reliable data source: All customer interactions, behaviors and results in a consistent view; accessible to all teams.
  • Shared knowledge: Each team sees the data in a format that suits their role. Sales works with pipelines, marketing with funnels, and service with case trends.
  • Faster decisions: Visual pattern recognition makes insights immediately visible and speeds up decision-making processes.

Self-generating
CRM data

What's new?

Until now, your CRM was based solely on the information that your team entered manually. Call logs and emails remained unused, while data records were laboriously maintained - and often became outdated faster than they were created.

Now, Smart CRM automatically expands its knowledge from three sources: existing HubSpot records, intelligent properties and all of your team's conversations and email interactions. This gives employees more time for what really matters - closing deals.

What challenges are being solved?

  • Manual data entry: No more hours of maintenance: employees can concentrate on sales-related tasks.
  • Outdated information: Updates from conversations, emails and meetings are automatically transferred to the CRM.
  • Unused conversation data: Valuable insights from minutes and notes will flow directly into the data record in the future.

Your benefit:

  • Automatic real-time context: Always up-to-date customer data: no more manual updating.
  • Intelligent insights: AI-supported research and analyses provide valuable niche insights.
  • Time-saving: No more table maintenance: the CRM updates itself.
  • Conversational enrichment included: Use this function free of charge as an integral part of your CRM core.

Smart Insights

What's new?

Previously, teams had to manually check CRM data, emails and reports to understand what was happening with customers and what actions needed to be taken next. This took a lot of time - and often meant that important changes went unnoticed.

Smart Insights now takes over this task: the system automatically analyses your HubSpot data, recognizes relevant patterns and proactively delivers the most important insights, including recommendations for action.

Which challenges are being solved?

  • Time-consuming data checks: Manually sifting through data records costs many hours every week and is prone to errors.
  • Missed opportunities: Trends and risks remain undetected because no one can keep an eye on all customer data at all times.
  • Reactive action: Problems are often only recognized when they have already harmed customer relationships or business.

Your benefit:

  • AI Catch Up Cards: Receive automatic alerts about changes in customer sentiment and missing information in company data.
  • Smart digest notifications: Get notified immediately when services change or new trends emerge.
  • Column Insights: Get explanations of data patterns with one click - turning uncertainty into clarity.

Standalone CRM

To gain access to HubSpot Smart CRM, customers previously had to purchase one of the HubSpot Hubs - such as the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub or Service Hub. For companies that were simply looking to replace their current CRM, HubSpot was therefore unattractive.

Companies can now purchase HubSpot as a standalone CRM – without any additional hubs. If required, the additional hubs can simply be added to your standalone CRM at a later date.

Pricing:

The standalone Smart CRM will be available in two tiers:

  • Smart CRM Professional: starting at $50 per core seat
  • Smart CRM Enterprise: from $75 per core seat

A detailed overview of the scope of services of the respective products can be found in HubSpot's product and service catalog.

Conclusion

The new functions of Smart CRM set a decisive milestone in the optimization of customer work. Instead of rigid tables, time-consuming data maintenance and reactive evaluations, teams now benefit from dynamic visualizations, automatically maintained data records and AI-based recommendations for action. CRM is therefore no longer just a data repository, but is becoming an active driver for sustainable growth and more effective customer relationships.
