What’s new?
You may be familiar with Operations Hub, which allowed you to connect different systems (such as ERP or marketing tools) and extend automations—typically with support from developers. Operations Hub has now evolved into the new Data Hub, enabling you to unify data from third-party systems and improve your data quality—no SQL or coding skills required. However, this is not directly comparable to our ChiliDataHub, which offers even more advanced capabilities and interfaces for complex third-party integrations. At present, we view HubSpot’s Data Hub primarily as an effective solution to replace tools such as Zapier or Make.
What’s new?
Until now, teams worked with disjointed data, trapped in siloed systems—a real barrier to personalization and efficiency. With the new Data Hub, HubSpot integrates spreadsheets, apps, and data warehouses directly. This automates data flows, ensuring you work with consolidated and cleansed information—eliminating manual effort.

Your benefits:
What's new?
Previously, teams had to invest countless hours in manually cleansing data. Problems were often detected late – or not at all – which had a direct negative impact on customer interactions. This resulted in an endless maintenance cycle that blocked valuable time for strategic tasks.
With Data Quality, entire databases are now continuously monitored. Teams receive early warnings of problems before they have an impact on business operations.
What challenges are being solved?
Your benefit:
The new Data Hub provides companies with a powerful platform for the seamless connection, cleansing and activation of data - directly in Smart CRM. In addition to the extended functions, there are also adjustments to usage and billing that you should be aware of at a glance.
Pricing:
The basic price for the Data Hub remains identical to the previous Operations Hub. However, certain functions that synchronize data outside of the hub now consume credits.
The following credits are included in the basic price:
Additional credits can be purchased flexibly – at $10 per 1,000 credits.
Migration:
The migration of existing customers will start on September 3, 2025 and all Operations Hub users will be gradually migrated to the new Data Hub. This process may take a few weeks, but should be completed by September 15, 2025 at the latest.
Important: Customers who are still using the old pricing structure (before the introduction of the Seat model) will not be able to purchase the Data Hub.
The new Data Hub creates transparency and automation where there were previously stumbling blocks. Teams benefit from reliable, up-to-date data and thus gain the basis for efficient work, all forms of data-based customer interaction and innovative AI projects. If you are focusing on growth and future-proofing, the Data Hub sets the course for better decisions and sustainable business success.
