      📁 How do I structure my ChiliDocs® templates in the HubSpot File Manager?

      After installing ChiliDocs®, a folder named “ChiliDocs” is automatically created in the HubSpot File Manager. Inside, you will find two sample templates you can use as references or for testing.

       

      ✅ Adding templates

      • Store your own Word templates directly in the ChiliDocs folder.

      • You can also create subfolders to better organize your templates.

      • This folder structure is only visible in the File Manager – the CRM card does not currently support filtering based on custom subfolders.

       

      💡 Note:

      Templates stored in the root folder (“ChiliDocs”) or in custom subfolders are always available in the CRM card selection.
