No – ChiliDocs® does not store any data permanently. All information is used exclusively for document generation and is deleted immediately after processing.

1. Data retrieval via HubSpot API

   ChiliDocs® accesses HubSpot object data such as Companies, Contacts, and Deals through the HubSpot API.

2. Template processing

   Using a professional Word library, ChiliDocs® processes templates with placeholders (e.g. [company.name]), which are automatically replaced with the relevant HubSpot data.

3. In-memory processing

   All data is processed exclusively in system memory (RAM). No data is stored on disk or in a database. Once document generation is complete, the data is immediately deleted.

4. Document creation

   The final Word or PDF document is generated and can be downloaded or further used.
